Terms of Service

We will do everything we can do to manage, market, and monetize the Asia Link Exchange network for the growth and benefit of its members. AND we ask a few things in return. This terms of service will grow and change to meet the demands and requirements of the service and members. As we update it, we will post the changes on the site.

About being a member of Asia Link Exchange

* Your site must be an english language site about some aspect of living and working in an Asian country.

* Unless you want to buy impressions on the network, you must display the banner code on your home page. We check the network periodically. The more high traffic pages you show the linkexchange banner, the more impressions you will receive.

* Your site cannot contain porn or links to porn, be racist, or promote illegal or questionable products or scams, or contain illegal or political content which would get us blocked in certain countries.

*All text, banners, or links to sites in Asia Linkexchange must display reasonable content ( no nudity, profanity, or any questionable content ). Final determination and approval of participating members is up to the administrators of the Asia Linkexchange Network.

* You cannot show the banners of other ad services on your account. All banners you show must link to sites that you own.

* For each 100 impressions shown on your site, 80 will be shown on other sites in the size of the banner you display. Currently banner sizes are 120x60, 120x90, and 468x60 and one line html text banner. The credit for the other 20 go to promote the linkexchange to new members, to paid advertisers or members who purchase additional credits.

* Administrators of Asia Link Exchange will make every effort to manage the network and membership for the benefit of all the members. However, we know that issues will arise. Final determination of the handling of these issues are the responsibility and call of the administrators of ALE.

* If you fail to put the banner code on your site, fail to upload your banners, or buy banner impressions within 30 days of signing up, your account may be removed.
